State Inventory Data Status

Texas (Central/West) 2007

The 2007 tables for Central/West Texas are based on data collected for inventory year 2007 (Annual 1st Survey panels (1,2,3,4) ). Users should use caution when making comparisons to other surveys due to changes in inventory procedures and definitions.

These data conform to a minimum of 10% canopy cover for defining forest land.
(Exceptions: 2 plots with < 10% cover with harvest treatment, and ~3.4M acres with < 10% cover but >200 seedlings/acre

Guidelines for calculating estimates of Standard Error (SE) for subtotals of the data are provided in the Inventory Methods document. Tables created 7-31-2009.
